It's time to stop building alone
I've been translating Human Design in 1:1 sessions and private mentorship for years, and the individual transformation has always been profound — people leave with a clarity about themselves that fundamentally changes how they work and what they build.
But something different happens in a room.
When I started teaching Human Design inside group spaces — workshops, live trainings, containers inside of other people’s programs — I watched people apply their design in real time, in conversation with others who were doing the same work.
The Zoom chat would come alive with people comparing their designs, finding themselves in each other's differences as much as their similarities. By the end of the call, threads were still running — and I started hearing that people were meeting up on their own. They gathered outside of scheduled calls to unpack what landed and think out loud with people who finally understood them.
The momentum created itself.
It reminded me of something that’s so easy to lose sight of as a business owner: we are not meant to build alone. We learn, integrate, and grow in a completely different way when we're in the right room with the right people. The breakthroughs hit differently, and even better — they compound.
Emergence is what happened when I followed the breadcrumbs of those powerful moments and allowed the work to move me – and now I’m inviting you into the process.
This is the first round of Emergence, and it's intentionally small. 10 people, maximum – because the depth of what's possible in a room depends entirely on who's in it and how much space each person has to be genuinely seen and supported.

I know this experience from the inside.
For a long time, I was a black-belt “doer.” I could hunker down, whip through my task list, and stay productive. But the work that actually mattered — the podcast topic I'd been circling for weeks, the offer I could feel before I knew what it actually was — kept getting pushed back.

Emergence is a leadership coaching program. The distinction is that business coaching typically focuses on what you're building — your sales page, your content strategy, your pricing model – while leadership coaching focuses on how you're showing up to build it.
That said, we’ll be digging into what your design reveals about your ideal business model and offers, the transformation you create, the value of your work, the areas of conditioning that distract and disrupt you, the natural strengths and gifts you bring to the table, and more – all of which has a tangible, direct application to your business.
I won’t be making strategic edits to your funnel or your sales page, but we can discuss them in our coaching calls – and the work we do will likely transform them.
While this is the first round of Emergence, what I can tell you is that every person who has worked with me 1:1 has walked away with a clarity about themselves that fundamentally changes how they work. Inside Emergence specifically, you can expect to leave with a deep understanding of how you're designed to think, create, and lead — and how to apply this to what you're building in real time.

The core schedule is about 2 hours for Tuesday calls, and the Thursday coworking sessions are optional and 60 minutes. Beyond that, there's no homework, curriculum, or assignments to complete beyond experimenting with what you’re learning in your life and business.
Regarding energy investment in the live calls: you’re welcome to drop off our calls when you’ve reached your capacity — Emergence is a great opportunity to experiment with your own energetic boundaries, and I encourage you to find a rhythm that works for you.
As a Generator with the channel of Concentration — meaning I'm designed to sustain deep, focused energy until something is finished — I will stay on our calls as long as needed for you to share and receive 1:1 coaching.
Not everyone has that same energy resource, and Emergence is designed to honor your energetic needs as you discover what they truly are (and how it impacts the way you show up in your business). I will be there as a guide and facilitator for this process.
Every teaching call is recorded and uploaded to Circle within 24 hours, so you’ll never miss out on any learning — and the Circle community space is there for async questions and conversations between sessions.
Regarding call timing: our proposed schedule is Tuesdays at 10am PT for coaching calls and Thursdays at 10am PT for coworking sessions. Once everyone is enrolled and time zones are confirmed, we'll revisit — and if an adjusted schedule is better for the majority, we'll make a shift.
When doors open on June 8, waitlist members will receive an invitation to fill out a brief application. There's no lengthy interview process — the application is simply to ensure alignment and help me understand where you are in business, what you're hoping to receive, and if the schedule works for your time zone.
