The 5 Human Design Types in Business: Part 2

In part 1 of this series, I shared a few insights on the skills and traits of each Human Design type.

Today, let’s look at how to apply those insights when building your brand foundations.

I’ve put together a few questions that can help you refine your process and avoid mental overwhelm from thinking you need to do and be everything when it comes to your core offerings and the people you'll work with.

Understanding how you're designed to use energy and how people receive it from you are crucial aspects of developing a business that honors your individual Human Design.

The Manifestor

  • Who do you impact?

  • Who is receptive to your initiations?

  • As creators who bring new ideas and processes into the world, knowing how you impact others can help shape the direction of your creative process. If you don't know the type of impact you have, inform some of your close connections that you'd love to hear what they've experienced from knowing or working with you. A Human Design reading can also be helpful to understand the energy in your chart.

The Projector

  • What are your systems?

  • Who are you here to guide within those systems?

  • As a master of systems, it's through studying and understanding the inner workings of your chosen system that you can guide another or many others through it.

The Generator + Manifesting Generator

  • Who are you?

  • What feels most alive in you that's ready to be created and shared?

  • As a builder with an incredible energetic capacity to create things and master processes, it's through deeply knowing yourself that you'll know what you're specifically here to respond to and build.

The Reflector

  • Who are you in this season of your life?

  • What are you noticing that’s different within you and the community around you?

  • As a lunar being who samples energy without absorbing it, you have a different process than the other types. Tracking the monthly moon transits can help you identify the themes you're experiencing that shape your perspective and decisions over time.

I'd love to know if this resonates with you and the vision that you have for your business.

In my next post, I'll share about the natural gifts of your Human Design Type in business.
